Key Responsibilities – Digital Project Management & Team Leadership

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders. Ensure clarity and clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and expectations across multidisciplinary teams, facilitating successful collaboration between product, technology, marketing, and external partners.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and challenges to maintain alignment with objectives and deadlines.
  • Budget Tracking & Resource Allocation: Monitor project budgets, track spending, and ensure efficient resource utilisation to maximise value delivery.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Lead teams in Agile methodologies, adopting best practices in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery.

Project Manager Requirements – Skills & Professional Experience

  • Proven experience leading digital projects within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Agile and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and unify diverse teams.
  • Experience with digital product development and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
